Michelle McGowan is a native of Southeast Texas and has been an active member in her community for 30 plus years. She is so excited to be serving her community. With a passion for service in the Southeast TX area, Michelle is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs. As Owner, Broker, and Realtor of Key2close realty, she carries the values of hard work, integrity and outstanding client service into everything she does. Michelle especially likes to help first time homebuyers turn their homebuying dreams into reality. She has founded the SETX First Time Homebuyer Hub and loves teaching and providing the educational resources needed to buy a home. Prior to real estate, Michelle worked as a Human Resources Leader in several different industries with a strong emphasis in negotiations, training, business acumen, leadership and customer service. Those industries include retail, pulp and paper, and the oil and energy sector. She graduated from Lamar University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Michelle is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Texas Association of REALTORS®, Beaumont Board of REALTORS®, Southeast TX MLS and Houston Association of Realtors. When Michelle isn't making home ownership dreams come true for her clients, she is enjoying spending time at the lake, beach or just handing out with family and friends. 

 Representing Southeast Texas home buyers and sellers, Jessica’s enthusiastic, can-do attitude and caring nature is ideal for identifying each client’s desires and skillfully guiding them to fulfill their real estate wants and needs. Her drive and attention to detail is second to none. Prior to entering real estate, Jessica earned her degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Legal Studies, along with obtaining her Florida real estate license. She is committed to listening to her clients’ needs and utilizing her keen negotiating skills to close the deal. She is an active member of the Beaumont Board of REALTORS®, member of southeast Texas MLS, and a member of Texas Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. When Jessica is not making real estate deals, she is either spending time target shooting with her husband and friends, driving topless in her Jeep, or enjoying free time hanging out by a fire.  

Lela Denton Jordan is a dedicated and bilingual Realtor, committed to helping clients achieve their dream of homeownership. With a diverse professional background, she holds an LVN license, an Adjuster’s license, a CPR Instructor’s certification, and is a certified Texas Notary. A proud alumna of Lamar State College Orange and Lamar State College Port Arthur, Lela combines her extensive knowledge and experience with a genuine passion for her work.

Driven by her deep faith in God and a sincere desire to assist others, Lela believes in honesty and transparency in all her dealings. Born and raised in Kountze, Carissa is a true Southeast Texan, intimately familiar with Hardin County and its surrounding areas. Her deep love for the community shines through in her active involvement with her home church and various community outreach programs.

For 16 years, Carissa co-owned and operated a successful salon in Lumberton with her best friend. During this time, she built lasting relationships with many local residents who became cherished clients and friends. Her extensive experience in the service industry has honed her ability to attentively cater to clients' needs and prioritize their satisfaction. Known for her compassion and integrity, Carissa values honesty and authenticity in all her business dealings.

Carissa's passion for refurbishing furniture, remodeling, and house flipping naturally led her to a career in real estate. Her keen attention to detail allows her to identify hidden gems in the property market. Alongside her husband, she has embraced the DIY lifestyle, remodeling their entire home and tackling numerous projects together. In 2018, they built a small home salon, enabling Carissa to work part-time while homeschooling their daughter, Abbi.

In her free time, Carissa enjoys being outdoors, whether she's gardening, tending to her chickens and plants, or spending time at the lake swimming and fishing. Family time in nature is where she finds her greatest joy.

Carissa feels incredibly blessed to serve Southeast Texas in all things real estate, believing that God has guided her journey every step of the way. She gives all the praise to God for her success and opportunities.

Charlee is our Marketing/Transaction Coordinator who assists our agents with their clients and contracts. Charlee is also responsible for handling our marketing events and social media pages. Aside from Key2Close Realty, Charlee is a Cum Laude Graduate from Lamar University with a Bachelors in Marketing. She and her husband, Skyler have 3 rescue dogs and 2 cats that are very spoiled and keep them entertained 24/7. Charlee is also a small business owner, owning 3 of her own business: Common Ground Marketplace, Harvill House Boutique, and Purposely Created Resin Keepsakes and Decor. When she does get a moment of free time and when her firefighter is off shift, they love cooking and traveling together. Charlee also loves reading and binge watching new tv shows.
